Q. What is the purpose of this site?

The purpose of this site is to 1) encourage voiceover talents to submit and provide them access to update information and 2) to enable CKP Media to use information internally as a talent database for all our projects. Talents will have a great control of information submitted and CKP Media can effectively utilize these information to better deliver projects.

Q. Who has the access to information on my profile?

Your profile can not be viewed publicly or by other registered talents. Only you and CKP Media employees have the access.

Q. How are you going to use my information?

We use the information you provided to better match the type of voice we are looking for. Occasionally, we will send your voice samples to the clients. Be sure to also read our privacy policy.

Registration

Q. What is the procedure for registration?

To register, please click on the link (register) under the Talent login section on the left side. Please make sure that you enter all fields that are required and agree to the terms and conditions. After you submit your registration, the system will send you an email to the email address you provided during the registration and ask you to validate your email address via a link listed in the email. Once your email address is validated, CKP Media will review your registration. An email will be sent as soon as your registration is approved.

Use of Website

Q. How can I update or change my information?

First, please log in with your username and password. After you are logged in, click "Edit" button located on top of your profile. Click "Update" after you finish all the modification.

Q. What are the type and size of audio file I can upload as voice sample?

At this time, only MP3 file less than 1MB is permitted.

Q. How many voice samples can I upload?

You can upload as many as you like either as individual tracks or by creating playlists to group your voice samples.

Q. What are the type of size of headshot can I upload?

Your headshot will be resized if needed to a maximum dimension of 200 pixels width x 500 height automatically, but your image file should not exceed 2000 KB.

Q. How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please log in and click on the link of "Delete My Account." You will be asked to provide the password you use to log in and confirm the deletion. Once the account is deleted, it is irreversable. Please proceed with caution.
